Chardonnay Grand Cru 2005
Winemaker, Nicolaas Opdam, proclaims the Grand Cru to be one of the finest wines he has produced in over 35 years of wine making in Europe, Canada and the United States. The Grand Cru finish reveals a pleasant balance of the aromas and bouquet of traditional Chardonnay characters, married with aged oak barrels. It is best paired with after dinner menus of lighter fare and premium cheese selections such as a sharp, aged Gouda or sweeter cheese selection.
